Schad was founded as Schad Boiler Setting Company
in 1942 to serve the World War II industrial boom
in Detroit.
Over the last 60 years
we have grown to service a wide variety of
industries. We pride ourselves on our commitment
to customer service. Utilizing our fleet of
tractor/trailers and stake trucks, we offer
immediate response to our customer’s needs. Our
ability to ship materials and equipment from our
40,000 square foot warehouse, 3,000 square foot
precast shop and 12,000 square foot fabricating
